This Kenneth Cole New York Watch is warranted to you, the owner for your lifetime against all defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apple to normal wear and tear or abuse and exclude battery, case, crystal, strap, malfunction and deterioration resulting from accident, negligence and tampering. Kenneth Cole New York Watches are are water-resistant, though extensive use in water activities such as swimming and bathing is not recommended. In the event of a defect or malfunction, it will be repaired or replaced at our option.

No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing
is necessary for reasons beyond our control such as accident,
misuse, neglect or replacement of parts not warranted such
as battery, case, crystal, strap. In this event, please
see Watch Repair section (in your warranty
booklet).
Fill out the necessary information (from your warranty booklet) and enclose it with your carefully packed watch and money order or credit card information for desired replacement parts. Also include US$8.50 for shipping and handling and send to the above address already provided.
