A: Our watches are in stock and ready to ship. Our web site updates
twice per day. Occasionally, out of stock items may be purchased before the
update, in this case, we will not charge your credit card and notify you with any changes.

on arrival, please contact us within 30 days for replacement or return

A: Yes, all watches have a working battery and are in working condition
when we ship your order. In case your watch does need a new battery
within 30 days of purchase, you can take the watch to your local jeweler
or watch repair shop to have battery replaced. We will reimburse the
cost of changing the battery, up to $15.00.

provides warranty?
A: We have a 30-day return policy for refund or exchange. After 30 days,
watch manufacturer will provide warranty.
Q: Is there a re-stocking fee for returns?
A: Yes, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns.

Q: How do I adjust the band size?
A: Links can be removed by using proper tool to make the wrist size
smaller. To increase the size, you will need to order extra links from
the watch manufacturer; most of them provide extra links for free.
